I was beginning to think the Norton and IE were in Kahootz when I started getting messages about someone trying to gain access to my pc. The suspicious fact of the matter was that these messages began to appear near the end of my Norton contractual agreement. To add to my concern the problems ceased when I switched over to Netscape along with removing Norton. I later found a much easier fix here.
